At our present size, we produce roughly three finished steers per year, ready for the butcher. These sell quite quickly, particularly popular cuts such as steaks, so there may be times when we are out of stock. However, if you leave us your contact details we will be delighted to add you to our mailing list and alert you in advance of the beef becoming available.
We are very happy to sell individual joints, steaks etc. according to your requirements. Please select what you'd like from our online guide specifying target size and leave us your contact details and we'll come back to you with our "best fit" of items in-stock.
All of our beef is cut and vacuum-packed for us by our butcher and is then frozen. As we haven't yet mastered the technology of sending frozen beef through the post, we will need to discuss collection/delivery arrangements.Download latest (April 2015) price list
